About Us
The Friends of the Plattsburgh Public LIbrary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the community of Plattsburgh New York by creating opportunities to develop the culture and education of local families.
Our Mission Statement: The mission of the Friends of the Plattsburgh Public Library is to promote the Library’s services and programs by advocating for public support and use of the Library and by facilitating financial support.
The Friends meet every third Tuesday of the month at 11 am in the smart room. All active friends are welcome and encouraged to attend, and will all have voting privileges on future activities.
